
Former Kampala South Regional Police Commander, Siraje Bakaleke, is now in custody After hiding in exile for almost five years, Bakaleke fled from Uganda in 2018 with allegations of wrongfully arrest and confinement of korean nationals and got shs1.4b from them it also followed the arrest of former Inspector General of Police, Gen. Edward Kale Kayihura, since them the police has been looking for him. He had been believed to be hiding at a refugee camp in Brussels, Belgium, according to the sources show that bakaleke came back with a request to be redeployed in the police but he has to first settle his issues with the police.
